What is your return policy?
All sales on Virgil Abloh merchandise are final. We do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges.
I purchased an item that is now on sale. Can I apply the discount retroactively?
Discounts do not apply retroactively.
When will my Virgil Abloh item arrive?
Please allow up to 14 business days for order verification and processing; due to a high volume of orders, shipping may take longer than usual. We thank you for your patience we prepare your order.
Is the Virgil Abloh exhibition still on view?
Virgil Abloh: "Figures of Speech" closed in September 2021.
Do you accept phone orders?
We do not accept orders over the phone. All orders must be placed through the ICA Store website.
Are all Church & State items available at the museum and online?
The physical Church & State pop-up is now closed. Items will be available online as supplies last.
I noticed that some items are no longer available online. Will they be restocked?
Due to high demand, some items designed by Virgil Abloh are sold out. We will not be restocking these items.
I do not live in the United States. Can I place an order?
What shipping carrier will you use?
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. International orders use DHL.
Can I track my order?
All customers receive a shipping confirmation email when their order ships, which includes the UPS tracking number and link to track your order. Please allow up to a week for orders to process.
For international orders will I need to pay sales tax or duties?
Domestic orders are shipped via UPS or the USPS. International shipping is through DHL.
The ICA is not responsible for packages shipped beyond the address given at checkout. This includes all third-party package forwarding services.Do you accept payment by check or PayPal?
Our online store and the Virgil Abloh "Church & State" store are credit or debit card only. Select small items will also be available in the ICA Store, which accepts cash.
Can I order online and pick up my order in person?
Yes. Pickup instructions will be sent in your order confirmation.
We do our best to carefully package orders to avoid any damage in transit. If you do receive a product that has been damaged in transit, customer service must be notified within 15 days of delivery. Images and descriptions of damage or defects must be provided for review to firstname.lastname@example.org.
