MAY I CALL THE STORE TO ORDER?

We are delighted to hear from you! Customers may place an order by phone at 617-478-3104 during regular museum hours: 10 AM–5 PM EST Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday or 10 AM–9 PM EST Thursday and Friday. We are closed on Mondays.  

CAN I SEND MY PURCHASE AS A GIFT?

Yes! Please indicate your purchase is a gift in the order notes at checkout, and include your message to the recipient. 

HOW DO I GET MY MEMBER DISCOUNT?

The email you used when joining as a member is automatically assigned to be your login for icastore.org. If you already have an account on icastore.org, your member discount should be automatically applied. If you need assistance, please email membership@icaboston.org.

MY ORDER WAS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING. WHAT SHOULD I DO? 

Please let us know about damaged items as soon as possible, and save the box and packing materials. We will work with you to get a replacement. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?  
Yes! All domestic orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. International orders use DHL. 

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes levied by your local government. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary widely by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information. Delays in customs clearance can also affect delivery times.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
All customers receive a shipping confirmation email when their order ships, which includes the UPS tracking number and link to track your order. Please allow up to a week for orders to process.  

CAN I ORDER ONLINE AND PICK UP MY ORDER IN PERSON?
Yes. Pickup instructions will be sent in your order confirmation.
