STANDARD FLAT-FEE SHIPPING WITHIN THE U.S

• Shipping is a flat rate of $10 for all orders under $500
• For all orders over $500, shipping is free  
• Add $20 for Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories
• Additional charges will apply for UPS Expedited Service
• Expect 3–7 business days for delivery within the United States:
  NOTE extra time may be needed during the December holidays.
• Orders are shipped Tuesday–Friday only, excluding holidays

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• Rates calculated based on destination
• Expect 7–21 business days for order delivery
• Orders are shipped Tuesday–Friday only, excluding holidays

International Shipping: Potential Customs Fees

For our valued international customers, please note that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other customs-related fees. These charges are determined by your country's customs regulations and are not controlled or collected by the ICA Store.

Important Information:

• Responsibility: You, the customer, are responsible for paying any and all customs fees associated with your order.
• Calculation: Customs duties and taxes are typically calculated based on the value of the merchandise and the applicable tax rates in your country.
• Contacting Customs: We recommend contacting your local customs office for specific information regarding duties and taxes in your region.
• Delivery Delays: Customs clearance procedures can cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.

Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse a shipment due to customs fees, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs and any additional fees incurred.

 

ON-SITE PICKUP

 

• Online orders can be picked up on-site during regular business hours. To place an order for online pickup, choose "On-site Pickup" under "Delivery Method." Please note on-site pickup is available for new orders only and may not be retroactively selected.

RETURNS

• Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit
• Final sale items are not eligible for return.
• Original receipt required for all refunds
• Items must be in original packaging and resalable condition
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• To return merchandise, please pack items securely and insure package. The ICA Store is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return shipments.
